United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Delivery (New Jersey)

We occasionally offer personal delivery within New Jersey during special events or promotions.
If available, this option will be announced on our Instagram and website.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Lucia & Co. Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS or carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Weather or natural events

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
