At Lucia & Co Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Lucia & Co Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
